We normally ship within 24-48 business hours once your payment clears. Delivery takes 11 to 14 business days to USA, UK, and Australia. Delivery to other countries might take 14 to 21 days. Should you wish to ship via EMS Speedpost which takes 3 to 7 days only, please e-mail us for shipping price.
When should I leave feedback?
We will leave positive feedback for all of our customers who pay on time and leave us positive feedback. As soon as we receive your feedback, our system will automatically leave feedback for you. To avoid negative feedback, please do not bid on an item if you are unable to honor the bid price.
What happens if I don't pay within 7 days?
If payment is not received within 7 days of auction end, an unpaid item strike will be filed at eBay. Please complete payment asap before your account is suspended by eBay. Once payment is received, the unpaid item strike will be removed. If you like to cancel the purchase, you can pay US $3 relist fee to have the strike removed. Otherwise, nonpayment of items won will result in an unpaid item strike and eBay might permanently suspend your account.
