Up for sale is a tube of vintage genuine Texas Instruments TMS2114-45NLRam Chips (21 Pieces). These chips are New Old Stock (NOS) and are in great condition. It is very rare that you will find TI 2114 Ram Chips in this condition for such a low price. The pictures below are of our actual stock, but may not be the exact chip you will receive. Auction Terms:
We will combine auctions and store purchases to save on shipping. Generally all chips are shipped flat rate regardless if you purchase 1 or 100 chips. Certain heavier items such as circuit boards and electronic items will be quoted on an individual basis and will be based on the entire package weight.
Most chips are New Old Stock or NOS unless clearly stated in the auction description that they are used, refurbished, or chip pulls. Most other items such as circuit boards and test instruments are used. Used chips may be pulls or refurbished units and may have minor blemishes or scratches on them.
All sales are final unless items are defective, missing in transit, or damaged in transit. We make no warranty that a specific item will work in any particular application or use, and we only warrant that you will receive the specific item described in the auction or store listing.
We typically are in the office Monday – Thursday 10:00 AM – 5:00 PM PST so questions asked via email or phone will be answered during those times only. We hope you understand that we too like to have our weekends free to enjoy the finer things in life.

Shipping Details:
Continental USA Orders:
Shipping cost will be $9 for UPS Ground service for the first item and $2 additional for each additional item. There will be an additional charge if winner bidder chooses expedited (2 day air) shipping. We do not ship via the Post Office and cannot ship to Post Office Boxes. Again, we will combine shipping for multiple purchases.
Alaska / Hawaii / US Territories
Shipping cost will be a flat $25 for UPS Air Service (Alaska / Hawaii / US Territories) for the first item and $2 for each additional item. We do not ship via the Post Office and cannot ship to Post Office Boxes. Again, we will combine shipping for multiple purchases.
International Orders: All international orders including Canada and Mexico will be shipped via Global Expedited Service (EMS). The EMS service provides Insurance, Expedited Delivery, and most importantly Package Tracking. We will not ship ANY package unless it is trackable, and the EMS service is the cheapest method that provides full tracking services. Please do not ask to have your package shipped via Parcel Post or Global Priority Mail. These shipping methods do not provide tracking and because of this we will NOT use them. We will combine shipping for multiple purchases.
Canadian Orders: Shipping cost will be $25 for USPS Global Expedited Service (EMS) to Canada for the first item and $5 for each additional item.
All Other International Orders:
We ship internationally for $35 USD, for the first item and $5 for each additional item, using USPS Global Express Mail (EMS).
