The TravelScan 860 lets you scan business cards, OCR the text on the card and organise cards for easy retrieval of the recognised text and/or the image of the card. Make business card classification easier and faster with drag and drop features and Outlook integration!
When you scan your business cards, it recognises the text and inserts it in the correct fields in your contact manager or database, such as Outlook or similar email contact manager software or other database software. The name on the card goes into the name field, the telephone number into the telephone number field and so on.
This saves an enormous amount of time on data entry.
