We DO NOT purchase inventory for resale from any source where the authenticity or origin of the products is questionable or suspicious.
All clothing fashion accessories will have the ORIGINAL MANUFACTURER'S TAGS ATTACHED unless otherwise noted in the item description. Tags may vary in condition such as having markings from various markdowns done while in the stores, sections of the tag torn off, stickers peeled off, etc. Unlike many, many eBay sellers, if an item is missing the manufacturer's tags and has only a tag that was printed and attached by the department store, we note that fact in the item description.
Most very high-end designer items we sell come from very reputable importers and distributors. There is absolutely no question to the authenticity of these items or their sources. We DO NOT under any circumstances ever sell replica merchandise, counterfeit items, grey-market items, etc. and we support any efforts to purge such sellers from eBay.
Items from department stores were available in stores for a period of time but were rotated out to make room for new inventory.
Most items we sell most likely have been in contact with and handled by the store's customers. On rare occasions, items may have a slight smudge or spot from handling by both customers and the supply chain. Such spots should come out with proper cleaning (wash clothing only according to manufacturer's instructions). The conditions of packaging may vary as well. Some items may have outer packaging (not the actual product itself) with scuffs, scratches and dents from being shipped to and from stores and distributors or, in the case of used merchandise, from product use. You are purchasing the actual product inside the packaging, regardless of the condition of the outer packaging. Such product and packaging conditions as stated above do not constitute a valid reason for product return. For more information about our return policy, see below.
Computer, consumer electronics, and other non-clothing/non-home items are obtained from a variety of sources. Whenever possible, we test the items to ensure functionality. Untested items will be sold AS-IS and no returns will be accepted on such items.
All computer software is sold AS-IS and no returns will be accepted for computer software. When possible, we test opened/used software by ensuring it boots on one of our systems. However, it is not possible for us to thoroughly test every software item.

Shipping to U.S. Customers:
We ship via the U.S. Postal Service, in most cases within 1 business day of purchase. All U.S. shipments include delivery confirmation. Orders over $150 will require signature confirmation (no exceptions).
Sorry, we cannot not ship to APO, FPO, PMB, or PO boxes unless the address is PayPal confirmed.
We do not allow local pickup for people in our area at this time.

Shipping to International Customers:
We ship usually ship via USPS First Class International (Canada only) and USPS Priority Mail International depending on the destination, shipment size and weight. Please note that we are not responsible for shipments held up by your country's customs service or other government agency.
Due to an increase of "lost" international shipments, we will now only ship via Priority Mail International or better to any country other than the U.S. and Canada.
The shipping cost does not include duty, additional taxes, or other fees levied by your country's government. Such additional fees are the sole responsibility of the buyer, so be sure to take such fees under consideration when bidding and buying.
IMPORTANT NOTE: We cannot mark the item as a "Gift" on the customs form; NO EXCEPTIONS. Doing so for purchased merchandise is a federal crime in the United States. So, please do not ask. Users who ask will be added to our block list.
The US Postal Service scans our packages and provides us with receipts when they accept our packages for international shipping, so we will have documentation that the item was received and shipped by the postal service. In most cases, Priority Mail International includes insurance for international buyers.

Please realize that shipping rates vary greatly from country to country. The cost to ship to your country may be far less than what it costs to ship to others. To avoid taking huge losses on shipping, in most cases we must charge the rate for the more costlier countries. eBay does not have a system in place for us to charge flat-rate shipping based on specific countries (with a few exceptions such as Canada)..
Customs Form Requirements for International Customers:
International buyers must provide a telephone number for the U.S. Customs form completion. The recipient's telephone number is required for us to complete the customs form online through PayPal or USPS.com. We will NOT use your telephone number for any other purpose.
IMPORTANT NOTE: Please include your telephone number in the "Note to Seller" area of the payment form or e-mail your telephone number to us. We cannot ship to international buyers without a recipient's telephone number.
International shipments may be delayed until you provide us with your telephone number.

Items eligible for a combined shipping discount will display the "discount available" link beside the shipping rate at the top of the listing (directly below the end time). For U.S. customers regarding Media Mail: Books, music, and other items with Media Mail as the shipping method cannot, in most cases, be combined with items that use a different shipping method. This is due to the strict restrictions on Media Mail content and the weight and added shipping costs the items would add to a shipment of another shipping method. Media Mail items can only be combined with other Media Mail items.
Please do not ask for combined shipping on items where combined shipping is not offered. Unfortunately, we cannot honor such requests, nor can we negotiate on combined shipping rates. Due to variances in computer monitors, lighting conditions, perception, etc. slight color differences from what is displayed on your screen would not constitute an inaccurate description.
For computer hardware and software, the buyer is responsible for determining compatibility with their particular systems. We do not accept returns on items that the buyer has difficulty installing or using due to installation error, user error, or incompatibility. We do not provide technical support. Buyers will need to obtain technical support from the manufacturer or seek out help on the Internet (web searches, Usenet newsgroups, etc.).
Due to potential damage during installation, we DO NOT accept returns on internal computer hardware such as interface cards, memory cards, memory modules, etc. We highly recommend that buyer use extreme caution when handling and installing internal computer hardware and abide by industry standard procedures in handling and installing static sensitive devices.
We DO NOT accept returns on items noted as AS-IS in the item description. Such items are generally untested, so we are unable to fully verify functionality, though so far the vast majority of items we have sold AS-IS have functioned just fine.
Posted clothing measurements are either supplied by the manufacturer or are measured by a member of our staff. Your measurements may vary slightly from ours due to measurement techniques. Slight measurement differences between our measurements and yours would also not constitute an inaccurate description.
You must contact us within 3 days of delivery for U.S. customers, 15 days of shipping for Canadian customers, or 20 days of shipping for international customers and prior to returning the item to qualify for a replacement. All shipping costs for both the return and shipping of the replacement are the responsibility of the buyer. All of the original manufacturer's packaging (boxes, bags, etc.) and any tags must be intact and undamaged.
IMPORTANT: If any tags whatsoever are removed from, detached from, or reattached to the item, we cannot process the return. In such case, the customer will be required to pay shipping to have the item returned to them.
Returns must clearly display a return authorization number on outside of the package.
Items received that do not meet the return requirements will not be processed and the buyer will be required to pay for return shipping if he/she would like the item back.

NOTICE: Buyers that attempt to circumvent our return policy by filing a PayPal or eBay dispute in an effort to receive a refund, will still be responsible for payment even if they receive a refund from PayPal. Such buyers will be sent to a collections agency and will be responsible for not only the full cost of the item including shipping, but any collection fees as well. If you are sent to collections, it will most likely affect your credit rating. International buyers will have their accounts sent to a collection agency within their home country.
