TERMS CONDITIONS
- Payment for the item is expected within 48 hours of winning the auction. Please send me a message before placing a bid if you think you may need longer than 48 hours to complete payment. - You will need to create a free account at the registrar where the domain is currently registered. The domain will be pushed to your account for free usually within 24 hours of receiving full payment. If you wish to move it to another registrar, you may initiate a transfer yourself once you have the domain in your possesion (this allows us to complete the transaction faster and leave each other feedback). - It is your responsibility to provide all the requested information in order to push the domain to your account. Please take note of the expiry date (and also check whois.sc) and ensure that you provide payment, push info and accept the domain to your account before it expires.
- This auction is for digital property and there will be no returns/refunds, unless I feel there is a need - The logo shown in the listing is for illustration purposes and look slightly different to what is provided to you (eg. extra images and copyright text will be removed). The logo file will be sent encrypted in a zip file. I will give you the password to the zip file after we exchange feedback. I have decided to do this because too many people don't return feedback scores. - Your bid is a binding contract with eBay and this auction. PAYMENT OPTIONS
I will accept paypal from verified accounts if the final sale price is under $100. If the final amount is more than $100 we may need to use a more secure exchange system (ie. Escrow) in order to protect both the buyer and seller. This is where a trusted third party (like a bank) takes the domain from the seller and the money from the buyer - and then relases it once both are cleared. Escrow.com is my preferred option (it is also recommended by ebay) - there is a fee in using the service, however I will cover that fee so you don't have to.
