My neighbor worked at Boeing Military here in Wichita in the 1950's thru 1980's where the electronics were made for projects ranging from Minuteman, BOARC Missles, Project Mercury, Gemni, Apollo and B-47 B-52 bombers. He was an electronics Engineer and it looks like he carried a few things home with him from the look of his workshop. The things I picked up at the Estate sale were early types of transistors and very early IC's.
Up for bid is a Texas Instruments SN535 early IC in it's original flatpack carrier, brand new never been used, it's been in a drawer for 40+ years. The date code is 528A stamped on the bottom, dating it to the last week in July 1965. This IC is in pristine shape with NO bent legs or crud of any sort on the chip.
The number in the picture doesn't look right but on the chip it reads like it should without any missing ink or strange oblong letters, I had to tilt the chip on an angle to get the picture to show up, darn cheap camera. Satisfaction Guarenteed on this chip.
I have no idea of it's worth so I'm starting it out at $0.99 and a flat $3.00 First Class Mailing cost in the US.
I combine on shipping, so get as many as you want from the other auctions for the low cost of $3.00 for as many chips as you get.
