We list every item to the best of our ability, we test what we know to test, we look for what we know to look for, and we disclose all information in our listings to be as honest as we can. Keeping in mind that most of our items are used, therefore signs of wear such as scuffs or scratches may be evident. The stated condition is our honest opinion, your opinion may not be the same as ours, so we recommend looking at the pictures very good and asking any questions you have prior to bidding.
AS IS ITEMS: Items were not tested or only part of the test was done (check the description) Item may not work properly, Item may be missing some parts, or see picture for scratches or damages. We list every item to the best of our ability, we test what we know and what we can test. We do not make any refunds or exchanges for items sold AS IS.
SHIPPING: All items will be shipped within 1-3 business days after receiving the payment. We ship via UPS to physical address only, no PO Boxes or FPO/APO addresses, please. All customers outside 48 continental states should contact us for shipping quote prior bidding. For local pickup and combined shipping charges please, contact before bidding. We don’t accept Paypal for local pick ups. Based on Paypal policy all items $250 value and over will be shipped with signature required service. Shipping and Handling Fees are not negotiable. Insurance claims for lost or damaged packages are refunded to you typically within four to six weeks. (Based on UPS timelines).
PAYMENT: We accept PayPal, Money Orders, and Cashiers checks. Full payment must be made within 7 days after close of the action. If payment is not received within 7 days, we will file a NON-Paying Bidder Claim and re-list the item. Once the item is re-listed we CAN NOT turn back, so please keep in touch with us. Customers in Georgia will be charged applicable sales tax.
For all none AS IS items we give 7 days warranty from the day buyer receives the item. All Returns must be pre-authorized, and for defects only. It is your responsibility to determine compatibility with your hardware software. READ the ad before bidding, if unsure, email us with questions. If you make a mistake, you should accept responsibility for your actions. In selected cases, we may allow you to purchase alternate items from our stock instead of the auctioned item. In case you receive the damaged item, all shipping, packaging materials, and boxes must be saved. Carriers will pickup the damaged item for inspection. Failure to provide everything necessary for us to file a damaged claim will void your warranty. Non-defective returns will be returned to you COD. In any case, if buyer requests is granted a refund instead of a replacement item, only the price of the item will be refunded. Shipping and Handling will not be refunded. Buyer is responsible for return shipping cost. No Refund for as-is items. No Exception.
Please note that all of our items are marked with special marks. Only returns of original sale items will be honored, any fraudulent activity will be reported to E-Bay and police.
