e-Surplus Solutions Inc. has been in the business of recycling electronic equipment for over 5 years. We specialize in the recycling of used Federal Government electrical equipment. We have contracts in multiple states and operate out of multiple warehouses. We sell under several large ebay accounts. Practically all of our equipment is listed as untested or not completely tested. Most of it is only tested to power on and nothing else. If you look at all of our auctions, you will see we sell everything from computers, printers, audio video equipment, camera equipment, lab equipment, test equipment, and even night vision goggles and other cool spy stuff courtesy of your Federal Government. We honestly don't have the expertise to fully test most of what we get in beyond powering it up and tinkering with it a little bit. As you can see yourself from our great feedback, about 98% of this stuff ends up working perfectly and the customer gets a great deal since they are buying it at as is prices. However, some of it does not work perfectly or at all, and you may get stuck with one of those pieces if you choose to bid. If you are looking to buy guaranteed tested working or get your money back type equipment, please do not bid on our auctions as we cannot and do not guarantee that. However, if you are looking for an item for parts or repair, or like to roll the dice on an as is item working perfectly, please feel free to bid. We start all our auctions at only $9 so everyone has a chance to get a great deal.
We take customer satisfaction very seriously and by putting this information at the very top of our auction, we hope every potential bidder knows exactly what type of item they are bidding on, and that all items are offered as is and as shown and no returns or refunds are allowed unless we make a boo-boo and mislist something, or the item you get does not match the pictures in the listing. ITEM DESCRIPTION
You are bidding on a QUICK LINK PEN SCANNER #D9361. According to the government testing department the item does power on. We were able to get the item to power up with a test battery, and no further testing was done. As you can see, unit is in GOOD condition and is complete. The buttons appeared to work properly but we CAN NOT vouch for the working condition of this item. Please note that this item does not come with a functioning battery. There is software and cabling included with the unit. Bidding starts at only $9.00 with no reserve!
Please bid accordingly and feel free to ask us any questions in regards to this item. We have little to no idea how some of the items received work and also cannot test them fully. If there are any particular tests you would like performed and they are within the scope of possibility I will be glad to do them for you. On occasion, we receive items that are NEW IN THE BOX. Please do not assume that ALL items are new as we will ALWAYS state the status in the auction. Good condition is a subjective term and is relative to an individuals independent opinion. As for the used items, we would describe the cosmetic condition as fair to good, with normal surface scratches that you can expect from used equipment. We always include several pictures so that you can decide for yourself before bidding. If you would like additional pictures, please email and request them prior to making a bid. All items are shipped via UPS.
You will receive an email directly from UPS with your tracking # once your item ships (most items ship within 3 business days of payment). If you don't receive it, please check your spam filter for it. Please allow 14 days before emailing for a tracking number. Tracking information will not be supplied before the 14 day waiting period. If you have not received your item after 14 days from your payment date, please contact us for tracking information.
All auctions have calculated shipping based on where you live relative to us. We only charge actual UPS shipping charges and a $5-7 fee to cover the cost of a new box and new bubble wrap. We take great pride in our packing skills and never use cheap inferior peanuts to pack boxes. We hope you will appreciate the difference. Over 95% of our packages leave our Florida warehouse within 2-3 business days of receipt of payment. Please note that because we are in Florida, packages shipped to California and other parts of the extreme West coast require 7 days for delivery via UPS ground.
