this is one of the smallest portable printers that I have seen height 1.18 inches width 10.04 inches diameter 2.17 inches. The printer was tested to power on so I guarantee this unit will arrive and not be dead on arrival. Software compatibility, drivers etc ability to work with your specific system no gurantees. I know nothing about the software end so I can not answer any technical questions.
