OPEN-BOX U.S Robtics 56K V.92 PCI Data / Fax Modem!

Up for auction is a U.S. Robotics 56K V.92 PCI Faxmodem. This card adds dial-up internet/fax connectivity to your desktop computer! It has been tested and is working properly! It comes in the original open-box retail package and includes the documentation and software CD. I've provided super-sized pics so you can see the item's condition for yourself in detail. PLEASE DO NOT PAY FOR YOUR AUCTION UNTIL YOU RECEIVE AN INVOICE FROM ME! This ensures that everything gets processed correctly. Invoices are sent out within an hour (usually within only a few minutes, actually) of the auction's close. While PayPal is my preferred method of payment, I can only accept PayPal for transactions whose total are $300 or below. All items whose total including shipping is over $300 should be paid for via Money Order. If you are unable to pay via Money Order please contact me and we will discuss other options! If a PayPal payment for over $300 is made it will be refunded in full and a notification email will be sent to the issuer.
All items are shipped within 72 hours of the auction's close. I take great care in packaging my items because we all know how brutal the shipping process can be! That said, insurance is included in all shipping costs. I try to stick with USPS as my carrier unless a large or otherwise challenging shipment merits the use of UPS! While First Class Parcel / Parcel Post and Priority International are the most common shipping methods different shipping methods are available upon request to address how fast you may or may not need the item. Additionally, shipping discounts are given on a case-by-case basis so if you feel like it can be done or if you have any other special instructions / requests regarding the shipment of your item(s) feel free to drop me a line!
As most of us have been hearing for years, by bidding on an eBay item you are entering into a legally binding contract to follow through with a real transaction. That said, please do not bid if upon winning the auction you do not intend to pay! PayPal payments must be received within 24 hours of the auction's close. If payment isn't received within these 24 hours the item may be offered to the next highest bidder. If no buyer can be found, the item will remain available on a first come, first served basis until 4 days after the auction's close. After these 4 days the item will be relisted and I will assume that no one's feelings have been hurt! = ) Money Orders must be received within 10 days of the auction's close. If after 10 days the Money Order has not been received (even if it's still in transit) the item will be relisted and the money order will be returned to the sender if and when it arrives.
Returns are accepted only if the item was misrepresented in the auction; not because of bidder error. That said, please be sure to READ the item's description thoroughly. In the event of a return, the bidder is responsible for the cost of the return shipment. Refunds are dispersed after inspection of the returned item(s) and are equal to the auction's closing price plus the actual cost of shipping. Proof of shipping cost will be provided with the refund.
