Payment must be received within 10 days of auction end. If payment is not received within 10 days, non payment will be filed, and negative feedback will be left. Items are not available for purchase after 10 days, no exceptions.

All products that are dead upon arrival must be reported within 48 hrs after reception.
A full refund of the bid price will be issued.
Half of the shipping price will be refunded. (Our prices are so low it is only possible to refund half of shipping, upon a return).
Products reported after 48 hrs will only be refunded the item price
All returns must have an RMA number.
All sales are final after 14 days.
