We also believe that good communication can resolve all problems. We may delay the arrangement due to the weekend or the local holidy, and we are sorry that we alse may reply you a bit later due to this situation, so pls be patient then. All sales are final. All items come with 30 days limited warranty unless stated otherwise in the item description. If your items arrived DOA (Dead on Arrival) or is defective (not due to misuse), you must contact us within 7 days. We will arrange exchange/repair/return for the product. Please note that buyer are required to return the item at his/her own cost.In the case of returns, shipping and handling charges are non-refundable in any cases.
Payment options:
We accept Paypal only for sales to other locations in the world. Our paypal account accept: New Zealand Dollars, British Pounds, United States Dollars, and Euro. We do NOT accept cheques, postal order, money order or Cash On Delivery. Payments must be made within SEVEN (7) days after closing of auction. Unpaid items will be reported to eBay and a strike will be placed on your account under eBay's Unpaid Item Process.
Shipping
We will ship to worldwide, NO local pick up and collection. We do NOT ship to the following country: Vietnam, Indonesia, Belgium,Nigeria, Italy !!! Our listing price is reasonable Shipping charges includes shipping, handling, packing materials, fuel charges, and processing charges etc. Shipping & handling charges are fixed, Shipping insurance fee is optional. But the shipping insurance are Recommended, we are absolutely not responsible for loss or damage of uninsured packages. Buyer is under an obligation if (in case) the item is liable to customs duties. We are absolutely not responsible for any taxes or customs fee. We appreciate your business. Normally the product will be despatched from our warehouse within 48 hours, and you should receive it within 2 12 days. If you did not receive it after 2 weeks, please do not hesitate to contact us. We take great care in packaging every item securely so that they will arrive safe and sound to your doorstep.Depending on your location, the delivery time will be around 2 12 business days in United Kingdom.Please refer to the table below for approximate delivery time.Transit Insurance is available for GBP 1 per item.
