Shipping Terms Options Means of Shipment: We ship via UPS, USPS, FedEx DHL using our account except for items requiring freight. Our default shipping speed is GROUND, unless a different rate is selected. Expedited service is available at additional cost. All shipments will be insured to their final destination. All items are shipped the business day following confirmed payment unless otherwise noted. We do not ship C.O.D. Breakdown of Shipping Charges: Shipping charges include packaging, insurance, shipping and handling charges. We cannot separate shipping from packaging or handling charges. We automatically insure from our location. Shipping Area: We ship to the Continental United States, Puerto Rico, Hawaii and Alaska. We will ship to Canada but all the terms in the next paragraph apply. We cannot ship to APOs, FPOs or post office boxes. International Shipping: All international bidders must contact us first before bidding to determine their shipping costs. We will assess an additional $20 for international document preparation fee for all international shipments. If you buy multiple items, we may not be able to box or ship them together. We offer no return policy on International Shipments. Buyers are responsible for their own customs charges and these are generally higher than one might expect. Shipping Times: We normally ship the next business day after receiving payment as long as payment is made by 5 pm EST the day before. Heavier items requiring increased packaging will take up to three business days to prepare for shipment. Shipment Tracking: We send you a tracking number for all our shipments. UPS/USPS may take up to 24 hours to activate the number. Local Pickup: The pickup fee per item is one half of the posted shipping price. All items must be paid in full before pickup. You must call or email the day before pickup. Pickup hours: 12 pm to 6 pm M-F. All items must be picked up within 5 business days of payment or will be automatically refunded less a 25% restocking fee. We do not have a showroom where inventory can be viewed or sampled. Return Terms Conditions Policy: Unless stated otherwise above, you have SEVEN days from date of receiving the item to review it for any undocumented material defect or deficiency. We do not offer refunds or exchanges after the Seven-day period. Hometown I.T. Services cannot accept exchanges, substitutions or cross shipments on returned items. Do not attempt to repair the item if it is in any way damaged or nonfunctional without first contacting us. Attempting to repair an item without contact with us voids the warranty. If any part or whole of a item must be returned to us, we will refund three days after receiving the product. Unless we agree otherwise, you must return all parts of an item for credit. If you picked it up from one of our locations you must return the product in order to receive your refund. Services will manage the claim with the appropriate shipper. The shipper must inspect and may pickup the damaged item. Please keep all original packaging available for the shippers inspection. If the shipper picks up the item after completing their inspection, please return all parts of the auction or we will only be able to provide a partial refund. We do not refund for shipping damage until the shipper completes the inspection process, notifies us about the claim and the damage product is returned to us. Additional Terms: Items returned for any reason other than above or found to be non deficient or without material defect after return are subject to a 25% restocking fee. If UPS, FedEx, DHL, USPS or other delivery vendor is unable to deliver the item to you and the item is returned to us, you will be required to pay shipping a second time in order to receive the item or accept a 25% restocking fee if you do not wish to have the item reshipped. Customers who refuse packages at the time of delivery will be charged a 25% restocking fee and all applicable shipping charges.
