You are bidding on a used HP Pavilion 510c Desktop PC. This PC powers on but does not boot up. Not sure what is wrong, I only get a black screen when it is turned on. I have no use for this computer, so it is not worth my time to try and fix it. It can probably be fixed easily, or if not stripped for parts.
