Defective Products and Missing Parts
Contact the warranty service provider listed above for defective products and missing parts. If, after contacting the warranty service provider, the product has not been repaired to your satisfaction, Unity Electronics will work with you to obtain an appropriate resolution. In this event, please email our Customer Service Team.
Auction Sales Policy
We will contact the winning bidder via e-mail within 2 business days after the auction has ended. Winning bidders must confirm their order within 3 business days after notification. Additional instructions for completion of sale will be included in the e-mail notification.
Payment must be received within 7 business days after order is confirmed, or the winning bid will automatically be voided. Exceptions to this rule will be made on an individual basis. Please contact us within 3 days if you need special arrangements.
If a winning bid is voided, negative feedback will be recorded, and the auction house will be notified.
We reserve the right to cancel the bids of any new eBay users, eBay user with excessive bid retractions and eBay users with negative feedback.

Since all sales are in auction format, all auction sales are final. No refunds are available, we can only issue an exchange for the following reasons:
Incorrect Quantity or Incorrect Item Shipped
Freight Damage (Recipient must make claim with shipment carrier first.) Freight claim term must be complete, prior to distribution of reimbursement.
Defective items must be returned to the manufacturer for service
We cannot issue an exchange product for any other reason than stated above. We will not be held liable for any incident or any accident or consequential damages related to the use or misuse of this item under any circumstances. No suitability of use is expressed or implied in this sale. Shipping fees and return fees are non-refundable NO EXCEPTIONS.
Refused Shipments
Customers who refuse delivery in place of contacting Unity Electronics to obtain proper return instructions may be assessed a fee to cover return shipping, package refusal fee, and labor charges. This cost will be passed along to the customer in the form of a deduction from the total credit due to the customer. In addition, refused shipments may be considered an unauthorized return and subject to the policies thereof.

We accept Visa, MasterCard, American Express or PayPal via online only.
No international credit cards will be accepted.
For credit card payment, we will ship to the verified billing address of the card ONLY.
We do not accept COD, personal checks, or other third party payments.
Unity Electronics refuses to increase your shipping handling charges. We only charge ACTUAL SHIPPING COSTS as quoted by UPS. After the auction is completed and during checkout, you can choose between UPS Next Day Air, 2nd Day Air, 3-Day Select or Ground and view the actual shipping charges. Order processing time is always within three business days, Monday through Friday. We do NOT combine shipping for multiple orders. Please factor in your additional shipping charges when placing your bid.
When will my order ship?
Our processing hours are Monday through Friday, 8 a.m. to 5 p.m. PST. Orders placed Monday through Friday before 3 p.m. PST will be shipped the same day*. All other orders will be shipped the next business day. Orders are not guaranteed for Saturday or Sunday delivery regardless of shipping method. We do not process or ship any orders on Saturday or Sunday.
*Orders may be delayed due to incorrect address information, different shipping and billing address information, or availability of the product.
Shipping Charge

APO/FPO Orders
Orders shipping to APO or FPO addresses are shipped via USPS Priority. Additional shipping fees may apply (a minimum of $10 depending on order size).
P.O. Boxes
We ship to P.O. Boxes via USPS.
