Acknowledgement of receipt of our invoice must be received within 24 hours, payment by the winning bidder must be received within 24 hours of the end of the auction. If we do not receive a response to the invoice e-mail or payment within that time, we will file a non-paying bidder complaint, offer the item to the next highest bidder, or re-list the item at our sole discretion. SHIPPING Upon completion of auctions we place a work order with our warehouse for your purchase to be packed and shipped. This normally take 1-3 business days and we will notify you of an estimated ship-date when we receive your payment. Holidays unforeseen circumstances may add to this timeframe; we will update you immediately if there are any unforeseen delays. To obtain an estimated shipping amount before a bid, please send an e-mail with the following information: Location, indicate residential/commercial (UPS shipments), lift-gate requirements, dock availability, and if inside delivery is needed. FREIGHT DAMAGE If you suspect that the item has been damaged in shipping, you must keep all original packing material and email us immediately. The shipping carrier has rules and conditions regarding insurance claims and we are not responsible if you take an action that makes it impossible to collect on that insurance. If we cannot collect on the insurance for shipping damage, we cannot provide a refund or replace the merchandise. Items not returned in the original packing material will void any freight claim request and we will not accept the return. Items approved and considered as damaged will be refunded after we obtain the funds through the claim process. If the item is shipped to a location other than yours, do not accept it or move it to another location. If item is removed and brought somewhere else buyer voids all freight claim requests. MULTIPLE ITEMS In most cases purchases of multiple items will result in combined shipping. Please email us with any questions. WARRANTY All equipment is used and comes with a (30) day return to depot warranty unless otherwise specified. Warranty does not cover misuse or mishandling of equipment and is not offered on user installed parts. Any defects covered under warranty must be brought to our attention within 30 days and the defective part or machine must be returned to us for inspection. Should the equipment prove to be defective, we will, at our sole discretion, refund the purchase price less shipping, repair, or replace the equipment. We also reserve the right to repair or replace the defective part or machine with a similar or better (but not necessarily identical) part or machine within a reasonable period of time, at our sole discretion. By similar we mean functionally similar - e.g. same or higher processor speed, same or larger hard drive, etc., but not necessarily the identical brand and/or model. We would attempt to make the replacement as similar as possible, but with used equipment that’s not always possible. SELLER does not guarantee the upgradability of the equipment. We don’t guarantee any expansion boards are configured properly. The Buyer is responsible for configuring the machine. We do not offer refunds of any kind unless we are unable to repair or replace the item within a reasonable period of time. This option is solely at our discretion. RETURNS We only accept returns for items that are damaged in shipping, defective, or different from what was described in the auction listing. "I decided I didn’t want it" is not a reason for a return. Items determined to be defective and under warranty must be returned in original packing materials with prior approval, for testing. We do not accept returns without the original packing material. No exceptions. Upon confirmation that the unit is defective, we will refund the original purchase price only. No shipping charges will be refunded. Cosmetic condition and descriptions are subject to our determination and are NOT a warranty issue. We try to describe the equipment as accurately as possible and point out any major flaws. Minor cosmetic imperfections such as scuffs, scratches, scrapes, marks, etc., which don’t affect the functionality of the item are normal in any previously owned item and are to be expected.
