Payment Policy
Buyers must checkout and complete the transaction within 3 days from the end of auction. Reminders will be sent if this date has passed and if still no payment is made, a NPB (Non-Paying Bidder Warning) will be filed at the end of 10 days after winning bid. If an issue arises in which payment can not be made within the 3 day time frame, please contact us. Our goal is to have satisfied customers.
Shipping
All items are usually shipped within 24hrs upon receipt of payment during normal business days. We offer shipping to all states in the United States. We are not responsible for lost items if insurance is not purchased. In most cases, we offer international shipping. Please refer to each auction to determine which countries shipping is available to.
Return Policy
Returns are accepted on unopened items only. There are no exceptions to this rule. Used items are accepted if item is found faulty upon receipt. Notify us immediately if product is found in non-working condition, product should be sent back to us within 7 days. We would exchange the product with the new. In case product is not in stock, we would refund the base value. Shipping and handling is non refundable. A 15% restocking fee will apply to all unopened returns. Manufacturer warranties apply to most of our items. Please email us for an RMA number for all returns. Our shipping department cannot accept any returns without a valid RMA number. Returns must include a detailed describing your issues as well as your ebay id and auction number or we will not be able to process your return.
