We offer combine shipping when more than one item is purchased, all items must be paid together in order for it to get shipped together.
We ship our items within 3 days after payment received, buyer will pay for all shipping and handling fee and are responsible for any custom fee or VAT.

POLICY
All sales are final and sold as is, no refunds are available. We can only issue an exchange within 7 days after item is received. If the item is received defective or incorrect item shipped. All return items will require a confirmation number, which is given by our customer service department only. All return items MUST be in brand new condition which means the item is never installed and kept in the original packaging, otherwise a 30% restocking fees will be charged. We will not resend product before we get a confirmation from insurance claim or the returned item from customers. All shipping and handling fees are non-refundable in any circumstances. Please inspect your order upon receipt. No claims will be honored after 3days of delivery.

Transit process

Damaged item, Wrong item
If you received a damaged or broken item, please contact the shipping carrier to file an insurance claim. If you do not pay for the insurance to us, then we ARE NOT responsible for any LOSS or Damage. please email us within 48 hours if you received a damaged item, otherwise we will not honor your claim. If you received a wrong item, please email us first for confirmation.
